Thousands of users have been impressed with the EDIcat electronic catalog viewer's standard features which include; touch-screen ready interface, system, word and index searches, scrolling thumbnail view, product detail view, slide show and print/fax out services.

There are three ways to view catalogs; a product list view, which provides a text only listing of all the items in a given category and an order entry view, which shows a thumbnail image, title, short description, price and quantity for each item, both in a scrolling window. Thirdly, items can be viewed individually.

Catalogs can contain large 1-bit images (E - size) which the user can view in a scrolling window or print/fax out as clear as the original document; great for scanned-document management, drawings, prints, etc.!

Print, position, and size an image anywhere on a page. Select several images and print them as an index or "contact print." Print quality is great in b/w or color.

The powerful order form can be controlled when the catalog is created to allow the printing/faxing of the order, containing the items which the user selected.

It is even possible to customize the order module to tie into on-line, e-commerce, and Electonic Data Interchange (EDI) systems!

All this can fit on a single diskette/CD-ROM/Web Site using our unique compound compression technology. But we didn't stop there, EDIcat uses that same technology to make EDIcat catalogs.
