Ordering Policies
Returns

All returns must be authorized and received by EDI Support Services, Inc. within 30 days of shipment to receive a refund.

Items which have been opened WILL NOT be accepted for return.

A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns. Call the Order Desk for an RMA before returning any item. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

A $10 (minimum) or 15%. whichever is higher, restocking fee will be charged for each returned item accepted.

Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
