1.	Unit Cost and Total Cost: Unit cost is the cost of buying 1 unit of that product (e.g. if client wants to buy a ten (10) user license of SpecBuilder at a per unit cost of $1,300 then the total cost comes to $13,000).
2.	EDI Browser (Restricted Version) is a stand alone unit for your trading partners for referencing and browsing X12 EDI standards and contains a restricted number of X12 versions of the standard. The Browser units are being included free of cost for distribution to your trading partner. Client MUST provide the names of the trading partners to whom the Browser units are sent. Shipping and handling charges are extra if units are mailed by us to your trading partners.
3.	SpecViewer: The Client is given an unlimited license to distribute SpecViewer to their clients for electronic distribution of their guideines.
4.	SpecServer:Call for details on the number of documents a user may host on this secure server as part of the EDI-Manager package.
5.	Warranty: (Not included) Provides technical support, product enhancements and new versions of the standards. In subsequent years, the Warranty price is 20% of the then current list price of the software package. For EDI-Manager Suite, the Warranty also includes new products that are added to the suite.
6.	License: Each user with a valid license is allowed to install the software on their portable computer as well as their desktop computer. The number of licenses owned signifies the total number of users authorized to use the software.
7.	On-Site Training: We also provide On-Site training which includes a six (6) hour training session on the use and implementation of the products purchased. Also inclused in the training are all issues pertaining to EDI project planning, developing guidelines, testing with trading partners etc. Please call for details. The cost of On-Site Training is $1000 plus expenses for every 5 attendees.
8.	Taxes: All taxes extra.
9.	Money Back Guarantee: EDIFECS provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all its products, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking charge. All product and original paperwork must be returned intact to rerceive any refund.
